Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shriram Krushi Kendra. We strive to provide high-quality agricultural products and excellent service. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of agricultural products such as pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, and plant growth regulators, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or delivered in good condition.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted in the following situations:

  • The product delivered is damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product received is expired or defective

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or replacement.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The seal must be intact

  • The invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification

Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for return.

3. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you notice that the package is damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Do not accept the package from the courier partner

  2. Take clear photos of the damaged package

  3. Inform the courier representative immediately

  4. Contact our customer support team with your order reference number and photos

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement shipment or refund.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund timelines:

  • Online payments: 5–7 business days after approval

  • UPI / Wallet payments: 3–5 business days

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Nature of the issue

  • Customer preference

Replacement orders will be dispatched after verification and approval.

6. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Opened or used agricultural chemicals

  • Seeds once the packet seal is broken

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer

  • Clearance or special offer products

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before the product is dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
