  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons, festivals, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

For bulk orders or transport shipments, dispatch may take 48–72 hours due to packaging and logistics arrangements

2. Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, we ship through trusted courier and logistics partners such as:​

  • India Post

  • Other regional courier partners

In certain cases, shipments may be sent through postal services, which may take slightly longer for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Delivery location (PIN code)

  • Shipping method selected

The exact shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before completing the payment.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

 

Delivery timelines depend on the customer's location and courier service availability.

Delivery times shown on the product page or checkout page are estimated and may vary due to:

5. New Customer Order Confirmation

  • PIN code

If your PIN code is not serviceable, you may be asked to provide an alternate delivery address.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with the tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status through the courier partner’s tracking website.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Do not accept the package from the courier partner.

  2. Take clear photos of the damaged package.

  3. Inform the courier representative that the package is damaged.

  4. Contact our support team immediately with your order reference number and photos.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

 

8. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address or contact details, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.

9. Delivery Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you within the expected delivery timeline.

However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as:

For ODA (Out of Delivery Area) locations, customers may be required to collect the parcel from the nearest courier office. Our team will provide the courier office address and contact details to assist you.

10. Business Days

Orders are processed during standard business days

(Monday to Friday).

 

Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are non-dispatch days.
